Situational Depression
Depression is a feeling that anyone in society can feel at any given point in time. However, situational depression is an experience only triggered by a traumatic event or change in someone's life. Depression is not a one-size-fits-all experience. For many, it persists for a long time or feels as though it’s constantly recurring. For others, it may only arise under specific circumstances and for a short duration.
